With the project on Fabrica de Cărămidă (The Brick Factory) Street, ADN BA returns to
Bucureștii Noi-Bazilescu area, this time on the site located at the edge of the regular plot, right on the place of the former Pescărușul (the seagul) sports base. In this still quite domestic context, the design theme also called for a series of row houses, which the proposal groups on the north and south sides of the site, connecting with the individual houses in the immediate vicinity.
